TERMS & CONDITIONS
Price includes: air conditioning/
heating, bed-linen and bath-towels,
final cleaning (except kitchen
cleaning and garbage removal, to be done by Guest),
use of swimming pool, private
beach service (1 beach umbrella, 1
deckchair, 1 sun bed),
one parking
place, warm & cold water, electricity,
gas, any applicable tax.
Daily arrivals and departures and minimum stay of 3 nights in periods A and B.
Arrivals and departures on saturday and minimum stay 7 nights in C-D-E-F.
Check-in esclusively between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. On departure day the apartment should be left by 10 a.m. cleaned up.
All amount due must be paid at check-in.
To be paid on arrival:
- Deposit € 200,00 (cash only)
- Baby bed € 20,00 per stay
- Small pets € 35,00 per stay
- Short stay fee (less than 7 nights) € 50,00

for all bookings made 60 days before
